Guy E. Walker Jr.

Managing Director of Operations

Guy Walker Jr. has been employed with SatTel and its predecessor companies, including SatTel Broadband, Inc. since 1996.

In 2012 through 2016 Guy managed SatTel’s technical operations department in the Pacific Northwest for the Company’s cellular partners.

In 2016 Guy led SatTel into its latest venture of managing certain sourcing operations for Charter Communications and others.

Guy’s goal is to provide the right talent and knowledge base for all of our client’s needs.

Steven Sigesmund

Director of Staffing & Client Development

Steven comes with experience recruiting for a wide range of professionals across an array of industries.

His background ranges from working with Fortune 500 as well as small to mid-size companies on a permanent, contract and contract-to-hire basis.

Steven has worked with candidates and clients nationwide, matching the best talent with his client’s needs.

He has worked with IT, telecommunications, accounting & finance, HR, industrial, sales, marketing and various other types of professionals.

Robert A. Young

President

Bob Young co-founded and has operated SatTel/2 Corp. and its predecessor companies, Sat-Tel Services, Inc. and Cable Craft, Inc., since 1983.

During that time he established over 25 cable wireless video and data installation operations in major metropolitan cities throughout the United States for several major Cable TV companies and four Regional Bell Operating Companies.

In January, 1996 SatTel Services, Inc. was sold to People’s Choice TV, Corp. From February, 1996 through January, 1999.

Mr. Young was Executive Vice-President of Operations for Peoples Choice TV, Corp. Mr. Young was responsible for all operations, including installation, service, logistics, dispatch, and customer service.

Michael I. Sigesmund

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Sigesmund co-founded and has operated SatTel/2 Corp. and its predecessor cable and wireless TV construction companies Sat-Tel Services, Inc. and Cable Craft, Inc. since 1984.

After the sale of Sat-Tel Services, Inc. in 1996, he remained with the Company until January, 1998 in an advisory role.

Michael has twelve years of previous experience with a national CPA firm. He was responsible for the management of the accounting firm's small business department specializing in business planning strategies, financial consulting services, and management services.

Michael holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He was the Chairperson of the Telecommunications Commission for the City of Highland Park, Illinois, and had participated in the negotiations of the cable TV franchise renewal for his community.

Michael is also active in civic and charitable organizations in the Chicagoland area.

Larry DeAlba

Vice President, Operations

Larry De Alba has been employed with SatTel/2 Corp. and its predecessors, SatTel Services, Inc. and Cable Craft, Inc.,

since their founding in Chicago in 1983. During that time he supervised SatTel’s major market construction operations for cable, wireless video and data installation for several Cable TV and Regional Bell clients.

From February, 1996 through January, 2000 Mr. De Alba was Vice President of Operations for People’s Choice TV Corp. as a result of the sale of SatTel/2 Corp. in 1996.

In 1999 People’s Choice TV was sold to Sprint Broadband Wireless Group.

In January, 2000 Mr. De Alba returned to SatTel/2 Corp. as Vice President of Operations.
